The Content must not be reproduced for, or distributed to, or relied upon by, any other person(s) or by you for any other Purpose. The Website does not provide medical advice.

General information relating to medical conditions, treatments or public or private health issues may be posted to the Website. Under Australia’s Trade Practices Act and related state and territory fair trading laws you have inalienable rights and remedies available to you if you consider that a Program you have purchased from this Website is not of the standard you expected given its price and the way it was described. These rights are in addition to and not limited by the information below about our cancellation, refunds & returns policy.

Subscriptions and renewals

You agree to pay, using PayPal the fixed charges and fees set forth on this Website, applicable taxes, and other charges and fees incurred in order to access our Products. We reserve the right to increase charges and fees, or to institute new charges or fees at any time, upon reasonable advance notice communicated to you through a posting on the Website or such other means as we may deem appropriate from time to time (including electronic mail or conventional mail).

Subscriptions to ePhysio operate on a weekly basis and are payable in advance. You may cancel at any time. (See more under cancellations).

All fixed and periodic charges and fees for our Programs are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of any applicable GST, except where otherwise stated.

In addition to the fees and charges set forth above, you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with connecting to the Website and our Programs, including without limitation all telephone access lines, internet service provider fees, telephone and computer equipment, sales taxes and any other fees and charges necessary to access our Programs.

For the purposes of your use of our Programs, including identification and billing, you consent to providing us with true, accurate and complete information as required by the subscription process to our Programs ("Subscription Data"), including your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, occupation and applicable billing information and you consent to us sharing your Subscription Data with third parties for the purpose of verifying the information you provide and billing your credit card or otherwise charging your account. You agree to maintain and promptly update the Subscription Data to keep it accurate at all times.

Cancellations, refunds & returns

ePhysio subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Either you or ePhysio may terminate or cancel your subscription to the Website at any time and such cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period for which you have subscribed. To cancel, please contact us by email at info@ephysio.com. At the sole discretion of ePhysio, you may defer the Program for a limited period. Subscriptions to the Website will commence within 5 days after the order is received.

Intellectual property and restrictions on use of Content on the Website

The Content belongs to ePhysio, its suppliers and/or licensors unless expressly indicated otherwise on the Website.
