How do I subscribe to ePhysio?

Consult an "ePhysio referrer" to receive an individually prescribed exercise program and an ePhysio exercise sheet.

Purchase a subscription to ePhysio's services. Enter your unique client ID # provided on your "
ePhysio exercise sheet" received at the time of your consultation. |

Select the exercises which your referrer has prescribed for you on the ePhysio exercise sheet. As you select an exercise an
instructional exercise video is placed in your personal exercise program to be viewed at your convenience.
