Interactive Communication Tools

ePhysio has created an interactive communication loop between subscribing patients and their ePhysio referrer.

ePhysio's communication tools

are linked to the patient's individual exercise program.
can send outcomes from the patient's completed self assessment questionnaires to the patient's referrer.
allow referrer to review patient's progress and respond appropriately.

How do I start to communicate online with my referrer?


STEP 1:	Discuss with your referrer whether an online review or an online consultation is appropriate for you what fee your referrer charges for this service


STEP 2:	Subscribing members view your ePhysio exercise program.


STEP 3:	Grade your response to performance of individual exercises in your program.

STEP 4:	Select View Self Assessment to open your Subjective Score Card.


STEP 5 :	Complete questionnaires on your Subjective Score Card and select Send Feedback to Referrer.

STEP 6 :	Your referrer receives an email from ePhysio informing them that your progress report has been completed. Your referrer can monitor your progress and respond appropriately.
