How do I start an online consultation with my physiotherapist?


STEP 1:	Discuss with your physiotherapist Whether an online consultation is appropriate for you What fee your referrer charges for this service Receive an ePhysio sheet of exercises from your physiotherapist
STEP 2:	Register as a patient with ePhysio and enter your exercise sheet number to access our online instructional exercise videos.

STEP 3:	Your physiotherapist will guide you if and when to complete your online feedback.

STEP 4:	Score each of your exercises using our drop down boxes and then select View Self Assessment to open your Subjective Score Card.

STEP 5 :	Complete questionnaires on your Subjective Score Card and select Send Feedback to Referrer.

STEP 6 :	Your referrer receives an email from ePhysio informing them that your progress report has been completed. Your referrer can monitor your progress and respond appropriately.
