Referrer FAQs:

Q Who can register as an ePhysio referrer?
A Physiotherapists and Medical Practitioners

Q Who ensures that referrer registration is restricted?
A ePhysio personnel manually authorise all referrer registrations.

Q Can patients surf the web and subscribe to ePhysio without a referral from an ePhysio registered referrer?
A No. To subscribe, patients are required to enter an ePhysio ID # displayed on a registered referrer's ePhysio exercise sheet. The computer generated ID# is one of many steps ePhysio has taken to limit misuse of this site.

Q Once my patient subscribes can their friends use the exercise sheet ID code to subscribe?
A No, the computer generated ID code allows one subscription only.

Q Can my patients save their exercise videos on their computer and forward them onto a friend?
A No, the videos are viewed on demand. This means they cannot be saved onto computers or forwarded on.

Q As an ePhysio referrer can I review the names of any person who has subscribed under my ePhysio referrer number?
A Yes. As an ePhysio referrer you can review your Subscribing Patient List detailing patients that have subscribed attributable to your referrer number.

Q Will I be able to view the videos?
A Please refer to the system requirements and check with your computer specifications.

Q As a registered referrer, why can't I continue to view the video content of all of the exercise sheets?
A The most likely reason is that you have exceeded the number of views per exercise program your level of subscription allows. If you would like more views per exercise program please contact us to upgrade your annual subscription level.

Q How much does it cost for an annual subscription to ePhysio?
A Annual subscriptions start from $550. Other levels of subscriptions are available and can be viewed at http://www.ephysio.com.au/medical/benefits.asp
